Kristian went above and beyond to help me find the perfect scents and showed me all the specials in the store. He even kept pulling out candles he thought I would like (and he was spot on, I loved all of them) He made my experience truly amazing!

My online shopping experience is always easy and very convenient for me until I shopped with Bath n Body Works. I’ve received an item that is sealed but half filled as shown on my photo.
When I went to their shop they said they cannot replace it as it was an online purchase. When I contacted their customer service they said they cannot do anything as the purchase was over 30 days which outside their company policy.
What a load of BS! - Amilliah Added January 05, 2024★ ★ ★ ★ ☆It's like Lush and Dusk combined, the shop smells amazing, there's a massive variety of candles, bath bombs, diffusers, perfumes, hand sanitizer, lotions, shower gels, soaps, fragrance mists. Located near Godiva and Victoria's Secret. There's many gift ideas available. It's on the expensive end and they don't have as many "coupons" and sales on that I saw
